Nutrition Science Program held a regular meeting on the preparation of the teaching and learning process (PBM) on Friday, February 19, 2021. The meeting was conducted online using the Zoom Meeting platform which was attended by all lecturers and staff of the Nutrition Science Program.
The meeting was opened by Dyah Intan P, M.Nutr as the 1st Secretary of Program (Sekprodi I) and continued with a speech by the Head of Nutrition Program Endang Nur W, M.Si.Med.
The discussion was delivered by Sekprodi 1 Dyah Intan P, M.Nutr and Sekprodi II Pramudya K, M.Agr which contains lecture activities and filling lecture journals.
Dyah Intan P, M.Nutr in the discussion said that the lecture activities of even semester academic year 2020/2021 began on March 1, 2021. PBM activities still use the online system using the Open Learning (OL) platform. One course is made into one Open Learning for one teaching team. During the online lecture the lecture journal is filled through star.ums.co.id website. For non-permanent lecturers (DTT) who do not have a star account, it will be processed immediately after collecting the requirements file via Sekprodi email. Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of each course is being prepared.
Pramudya K, M.Agr in the discussion added that the filling of lecture journals for lecture meetings is 12-14 times meetings. Once a week lecturers fill out lecture journals through web star. Lecturers can record student attendance lists through a preferred platform. When filling the journal should not be combined to minimize the similarity of input of the same material. The lecturers will be sent a form of willingness to teach by email. The Evaluation Score of Teaching and Learning Process (E-PBM) of Nutrition Science Study Program still almost reaches 3.25 which indicates that it still needs to be improved. The weakness of PBM lies in the learning methods and media.
