UMS FIK Transfer Registration
1. Prospective students fill out the registration on the ods.ums.ac.id page.
2. Prospective students pay 400,000 for the admission fees.
3. Prospective students get an exam number from ods.ums.ac.id e. 2000 account
4. Prospective students fill in the data and upload the file at the FIK Transfer Registration link 2 ndPeriod. link
Uploaded file requirements:
1. Scan the Diploma D3 certificate
2. Scan the Transcript of D3 Score
3. Scan or ORIGINAL certificate of accreditation of the previous D3 study program (minimum accreditation B)
4. Commitment Statement of Stamped Practice Theory Lecture (format provided)
5. Projection of thesis written in narrative form with a word count of 300-500 words. (format provided)
6. Stamped Health Statement Letter. (format provided)
7. 3R color full body photo
* All scanned files are made into one file in pdf format with file name format: Name of the prospectice student_choosen program
