Alhamdulillah, after the re-verification (appeal) on February 18-19, 2020 with 3 verificators, Prof. Dr. Ir. Evy Damayanthi, M.S., Dr. Nurul Muslihah, S.P., M.Kes. and Dr. Soetrisno, M.A. as Vice Chairman of LAM-PTKes and Director of Accreditation, finally issued a Decree by the Lam-PTKes Association number: 0002/LAM-PTKes/Akr.Bd/Sar/II/2020 stated that the Nutrition Studies Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah has got A in its accreditation.
In this regard, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to:
- Rector and the vice rectors as well as agencies, institutions and bureaus for all facilities and support provided from the preparation of forms to the re-visitation step.
- Deans and Vice Deans for their trust and role in the well-running process of drafting forms to the re-accreditation process.
- Faculty of Health Sciences, Laboratory, and Administrative Department of related units that have provided assistance and support in the form of provision of documents and others, both during the preparation of forms and during re-visitation process.
- All lecturers and educational personnels in the Nutrition Science Program that have solidly and responsibly cooperated in succeeding the appeal agenda and have worked hard as well as sincerely supported in all accreditation processes.
- Volunteers, Students and Alumni of Nutrition Science Study Program and all parties that we can not mention one by one who have participated in the well-running accreditation process.
